2021 and the past years were challenging. Been there, done that:

DSLY 10 milestones

1. DSLY established in 2003
2. Handled a RM3.9 million project for a biotech company in 2007 covers 5000 hectares of paddy land and involved in a joint venture of a biotechnology plant in Bandung, Indonesia and heads the due diligence for intellectual property portfolio for the sum of RM59 million for a public listed company acquisition of a private entity.
3. A first win in the High Court of Penang for an order to nullify a franchise agreement in 2009 (Urban Genius case)
4. A first win in the Federal Court for a breach of Confidentiality matter (Ismeca case) in 2012
5. Assist a development company in a due diligence exercise in New Zealand in 2015
6. Handled a development project of 500 houses and mix development at Pontian in 2016
7. A second win in the Federal Court for a case in relation to a trade description order (Tan Kim Hock case) in 2017
8. DSLY became a structural advisor for a group of companies in Malaysia and Singapore that had acquired lands, companies and other business with a GDV of over RM400 million through merger and acquisition, take over, sharesales and joint ventures from 2015 until today
9. DSLY advises the then Chief Minister and PH Melaka state government in relation to development and risk management from 2018 to 2020
10. Until today, DSLY assist, registered and managed more than 500 intellectual properties and franchises throughout Malaysia, Singapore and many other countries around the world
